General Terms & Conditions:

  • At least a 30% down payment should be paid before starting the project.

  • Social media designs can be revised twice only.

  • The duration to finish each design project is two weeks.

  • The design will start once receiving the down payment.

  • The design team will work on the design and deliver it after the agreed duration with a presentation to show the logo ideas.

  • Only upon customer request, the design team can share sketches and work ideas before the final presentation.

  • If the design does not meet the client's expectations, the design team can do the required modifications and provide one more idea and deliver it within one workweek.

  • If designs are made according to the client’s brief and explanations, and yet did not want to proceed with any of the provided brand ideas, the down payment will not be returned.

  • After finishing the designs, and receiving the final payment, the original files will be sent to the client.

  • The company has the right to publish the final works of the designs on social media pages, the company website and portfolio sites of the company.

Web design Terms & Conditions:

  • The duration to finish the website project is 2 weeks from the date of providing the content.

  • Adding extra features to the website might increase the costs

  • The client should provide all content for any writing designs unless agreed that Marketory will do the copywriting.

Refund Policy:

  • When you buy our products/services, Due to the nature of business, New Step does not offer any money back policy. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
